Group therapy

Groups are a highly effective vehicle for people to learn about themselves and integrate others’ experiences into their perspective of life. Under the guiding hand of an experienced psychologist, group therapy is a highly effective way to learn concepts and skills that can help you in various aspects of your life.

How group therapy helps you to:

  • Meet like minded people who are experiencing similar situations from all walks of life in a safe social environment
  • Be exposed to information that can help you
  • Learn new skills such as coping skills, communication, conflict resolution
  • Role play new skills and perspectives ready for life situations
  • Share life experiences
  • Often more cost effective for those on a budget

The groups offered at Wisdom Health include:
